How the tower wakes up
Simple rules, one background worker on a thirty-second poll.
Poll
A worker asks pump.fun for the current market cap every 30 seconds.
Hold
Once the cap stays at or above a floor's rent line for two straight minutes, that tenant moves in and the windows light up.
Reset band
A tenant only moves back out if the cap drops below 80% of their line for five straight minutes — no flicker on every $10 wiggle.
Elevator
The pixel elevator car snaps to the highest occupied floor. Penthouse lights = we're home.
